Meet at your premises or ours: Visits to your premises can be arranged where they help us understand the business or complete the agreed work; we'll discuss availability, travel and any additional fee beforehand. Many clients prefer a mix of phone, online meetings and the occasional face-to-face appointment. No. Our office is in Uttoxeter, about 16 miles down the A50, at The Wellington Business Centre on High Street. We already look after businesses in Stoke-on-Trent and Trentham, mostly remotely with the occasional visit. If you would rather meet in person, call first and we will arrange it.

How do you work with clients in Stoke?

Most of the work happens through your accounting software and email, with a phone call whenever you need one. Gayle visits regular clients at their premises when it helps, and you are always welcome at the Uttoxeter office. Records reach us through a phone app, a bank feed or a monthly email, whichever suits you.

How will we agree the fee?
