We can help with setting up the software, moving suitable records from an existing system and showing you how to use the functions relevant to your business. A straightforward setup can form part of getting started with us; a substantial migration, a historic data clean-up or additional training is quoted separately, and subscriptions are identified clearly in the proposal.

Not necessarily. We’ll look at what you use, how well it works for you and the work you need us to do before recommending a change.
Is the software subscription included?
We’ll explain the software costs and what is included in your agreed fee. We won’t assume you need a particular subscription before we understand your business.
Can you help if I’m not confident with technology?
Yes. We can help you work out what records to keep and how to share them. We’ll agree a practical routine and be clear about which tasks we handle.
